Here are some details to get you settled in at TOURISTS. If there's anything we haven't covered, just ask.
As of November 1, 2021, proof of vaccination or negative COVID test are required in our indoor common areas. The Front Desk Agent will take your info at check-in.
If you have pre-checked in and wish to enjoy the lodge or The Airport Rooms during your stay, please text us a pic of your vax card or negative COVID test, or come to the lodge and the Front Desk Agent will take care of you.
Following recommendations from the CDC, we require guests and staff to wear masks when indoors in our common spaces.
Check-in begins at 3pm. Check-out is 11am.
At 7AM on the morning of your arrival, you’ll receive an email from us with a check-in link. Please check-in online prior to your arrival and let us know what time to expect you. You can check-in anytime after 3PM. After you complete the online check-in process, you’ll receive a text with instructions for contactless key pick-up and a map to your room. Please opt-in!
You can also find us at the lodge window 24 hrs/day.
The lodge hours are 8am-11pm. When the lodge is closed, you can find the Front Desk agent at the lodge window, or you can call or text us - 413.347.4995.
The lodge is only open to guests of the hotel at this time.
Please patronize local restaurants, but remember that reservations are required at most, hours may be different, etc. Definitely call ahead.
Breakfast is served from 7:30AM to 10:30AM on the main deck or in the comfort of your room. Please pre-order by leaving the completed menu card on your door before midnight, or texting the Front Desk.
An All-Day menu is available from 12PM-9PM to enjoy on the deck, at the pool, or in your room.
Coffee & espresso drinks and a full selection of cocktails, wine, and beer can be ordered via text or at the lodge.
Our on-site restaurant, The Airport Rooms, offers dinner in the main dining room (proof of vaccination required), private dining upstairs, and small bites by the fire on Thursday-Saturday nights. Advance reservations are recommended and can be made HERE.

Fireside dining is available at The Airport Rooms by reservation. We also have a communal fire pits on our property, which do not require a reservation. We light them nightly at 5pm or by request. Find us at the lodge and we'll show you the way!
Housekeeping is only entering rooms upon request at this time. We will deliver any items you may need to make your stay more comfortable, or we can arrange stayover service for you.
If you'd like any linens removed from your room, please place them in the denim bag found in your top-left drawer, leave the bag outside your room, and text the Front Desk at 413.347.4995.
