Here are some details to get you settled in at TOURISTS. If there's anything we haven't covered, just ask.
Our staff has been trained in safe hospitality protocols, including frequent hand washing, sanitizing, and appropriate distancing.
Every staff member completes a self-screening before each shift, including a temperature and symptom check. Anyone who feels unwell will not come into work.
Please maintain six feet of social distance from other guests and hotel staff at all times. If you’re traveling as a family, please keep the kiddos close. If you're accompanied by a dog, please keep it on a short leash.
Our Front Desk team is available at the Lodge window, or you can call or text us - 413.347.4995. The desk is staffed 24-hours a day while the hotel is is open to guests, and 10am-4pm Monday-Wednesday.
Breakfast is served from 7:30AM to 10:30AM. Please pre-order by leaving the completed menu card on your door before midnight, or texting the Front Desk.
An All-Day menu is available from 12PM-9PM.
If you order room service: when you hear us knock, please put your mask on before opening the door.
Local restaurants are in various stages of reopening. For suggestions on dining in the area, text/call the Front Desk at 413.347.4995 and we’ll let you know what’s open today. You can also visit touristscheckin.com/dining.
Beer, wine, signature cocktails, and coffee & espresso drinks are available for pick-up or delivery. Menus are posted at touristscheckin.com/dining. Text or call to order: 413.347.4995 or come see us at the deck window.
The fire pits by the pool are available by reservation 3-9PM daily. If you'd like to dine fireside, visit us at the Lodge or text the Front Desk at 413.347.4995 to reserve your time.
We also have a communal fire pit on our property, which does not require a reservation. We light it on Friday & Saturday nights or upon request. Find us at the lodge and we'll show you the way.
Housekeeping is not entering rooms at this time, but will happily deliver any items you may need in a contactless manner.
If you'd like any linens removed from your room, please place them in the denim bag found in your top-left drawer, leave the bag outside your room, and text the Front Desk at 413.347.4995.
