Here are some details to get you settled in at TOURISTS. If there's anything we haven't covered, just ask.
Our staff has been trained in safe hospitality protocols. Every staff member completes a self-screening before each shift, including a temperature and symptom check. Anyone who feels unwell will not come into work.
We encourage guests to wear masks when they are indoors in our common areas (The Airport Rooms or the Lodge), unless seated at a table. Masks are not required when outdoors.
Please put your mask on when receiving room service. If you forget to bring a mask, we have TOURISTS bandanas available for purchase.
Check-in begins at 3pm. Check-out is 11am.
At 7AM on the morning of your arrival, you’ll receive an email from us with a check-in link. Please check-in online prior to your arrival and let us know what time to expect you. You can check-in anytime after 3PM. After you complete the online check-in process, you’ll receive a text with instructions for contactless key pick-up and a map to your room. Make sure we have your correct mobile phone # on your reservation and GET TO KNOW YOU form.
The lodge hours are 8am-11pm on days when the hotel is open. The following measures are in place:
Our Front Desk team is available at the lodge window. The desk is staffed 24-hours a day while the hotel is is open to guests, and 10am-4pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Please patronize local restaurants, but remember that reservations are required at most, hours may be different, etc. Definitely call ahead.
Breakfast is served from 7:30AM to 10:30AM on the main deck or in the comfort of your room. Please pre-order by leaving the completed menu card on your door before midnight, or texting the Front Desk.
An All-Day menu is available from 12PM-9PM to enjoy on the deck, at the pool, or in your room.
Coffee & espresso drinks and a full selection of cocktails, wine, and beer can be ordered via text or at the lodge.
Our on-site restaurant, The Airport Rooms, serves family-style dinner Thursday-Saturday nights. Advance reservations are recommended and can be made HERE.

Fireside dining is available at The Airport Rooms by reservation. We also have a communal fire pit on our property, which does not require a reservation. We light it nightly at 5pm and by request. Find us at the lodge and we'll show you the way!
Housekeeping is not entering rooms at this time, but will happily deliver any items you may need in a contactless manner.
If you'd like any linens removed from your room, please place them in the denim bag found in your top-left drawer, leave the bag outside your room, and text the Front Desk at 413.347.4995.
